GOTDRO.COM’s Asia and Da D.R.O. attended Devin the Dude’s show in Austin, TX on June, 25, 2010. Devin the Dude performed over 15 of his best tracks leaving the audience wanting more. The legendary Coughee Brothers were also in attendance to assist in promoting Devin’s new album Suite 420. The venue was smoked out of course. Asia and Da D.R.O. were able to hang with Devin after the show and learned of his new movie with Eddie Murphy titled Hillbilly Highway currently in production. Check out exclusive footage below.

GOTDRO.COM's Da D.R.O. and Asia were on hand to witness the final Celebrity Classic. On the black team players included Tigger, Donnell Rollins, Vince Carter, Shawne Merriman, Larry Johnson, DJ Flex, and DJ Clue. On the white team players included Kevin Durant, Tank, Terrence J, Wale, Christian Keyes, DJ Hurcules, and Darren Harper. Caron Butler coached the black team while Free coached the white team. Digital Dime Piece Swimsuit Competition

The Source Magazine Digital Dime Piece Swimsuit Competition was one of the hottest events of the year. Hosted by Lola Monroe and special performance by Bobby Valentino, over 25 beautiful models graced the runway. The judging panel consisted of Celebrity Fashion Designers, Pro Athletes, Reality TV Stars, and even a Celebrity Attorney. The ladies modeled both Lingerie and Swimsuits showing off their beautiful curves and proving that the DMV is known for the sexiest women. Club Heaven and Hell

Ara Renada Whiting and Fuqwon Promotions organized the second annual Art is Life Movement Fashion Show. Designers included jewelry designer Theresa Black Diamond, star of "Beyond the Runway" EmoreJ Couture, Ara Renada Witing of Pink Leapord Lingerie, Bag designer K White of K White Collections, LaShelly with LaShelly Collections, and Reclaim Clique. Some performers included Betty Boo, P-Tactics, Lynee Michelle, Sinatti Pop, DH, Madam Madon, Spilla Young Skillz, Dudley Stevenson, C4 and Valentino Floyd.

GOTDRO.COM's Asia accompanied Freeway and JakeOne throughout the day as they promoted his new album: The Stimulus Package. Freeway made appearances at many locations in the DMV area including UDC, Downtown Locker Room at PG Plaza, WKYS, Brightwood Bistro, and Iverson Mall. Freeway has heavy support in the DMV area. Opinions of his album are very positive with one fan stating, "Freeway never disappoints; he always stays true to real hip hop." Freeway ended the night performing at Club 24 and making a final appearance at Lotus Lounge. Special thanks to Freeway's Crew, Chop Shop Cartel, Brightwood Bistro, and Videographer Joe Young. Congratulations to all of the winners. A packed house was on hand to witness the 2010 DMV Awards. A lot of the movers and shakers in the local music game came out to show they're support. Shout outs to the organizers Dre all day in the paint and Brother Maniac. Jude Nyambi owns a fine establishment; a good choice to hold the event. Bottles popped on the red carpet as interviews held up the line like rush hour traffic. It was a great opportunity for networking and hanging out with old friends. Be on the look out for hot performances and exclusive interviews. Special thanks to 2010 DMV Awards and Video1productions.

Beanie Sigel at Ned Devine

Beanie graced the stage with Freeway performing hits like Roc the Mic, Feel it in the air, and Mack Bitch. Beanie's performance was cut short due to technical difficulties with the sound system. The house was packed. Ignorance unfolded at the end of the night as we found ourselves in the middle of a brawl. Exiting the building, we found a bloody man who seemed to have been stabbed. Police rushed in as an attempt to control the chaos but it only got worse. As we stood outside we witnessed several party goers rumbling with the police. Unfortunately we were unable to get an interview with Beanie and Freeway. No one was allowed into the VIP section after Beanie's performance except of course his female "fans".

Raekwon Album Release at Ned Devine

Raekwon's Album Release was off the hook. Its great to see Raekwon still performing and dropping albums after 17 years in the game. He performed a medley of hits including Wu Tang favorites: Wu Tang Clan ain't nothin' to fuck with, Ice Cream, Can it all be so simple, and C.R.E.A.M. Raekwon also performed hits off his albums including Glaciers of Ice, Rainy Dayz, Criminology as well as his new single Catalina off of the Only built for Cuban linx II album. The crowd was full of energetic fans that rapped word for word with Raekwon as he performed the classic Wu Tang hits. DC'S 1st Annual XXL Magazine Swimsuit Competition was a blast! Many stars graced us with their presence including Lola Monroe a.k.a. Angel Lola Luv, Cedric the Entertainer, Raheem DeVaughn, Wale, D Ray, and Kevin Durant! Everyone was poppin' bottles and gettin' fucked up! There were hints of weed inhalation all night long!! Over 2,500 bodies packed Ibiza Nightclub. Special Performances by Wale, Lola Monroe and Raheem DeVaughn!! 35 Beautiful women competed for the XXL Web Candy title with 5 lucky finalists. GOTDRO.COM was definitely in the building interviewing all the beautiful women and celebrity judges.
